Where do you ship?

We offer worldwide shipping to destinations available at checkout. Remote countries and regions may take longer.

How long does an order take?

Orders are prepared for dispatch within 48 hours. Estimated transit after dispatch is 5–13 business days. Processing and transit are separate, and delivery estimates may be extended for remote destinations or transit delays.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is $9.99 for orders of $50.00 or less, and free for orders over $50.00 (from $50.01). Prices and shipping charges are in USD and shown at checkout.

How do I track my order?

Use the tracking number provided for your shipment on our tracking page.

Can I return an item?

Contact support@kingwwy.shop within 30 calendar days of receiving your order to request a return. Wait for approval and instructions before shipping an item back. See the Return and Refund Policy for eligibility and return-shipping details.

How are refunds paid?

After an approved return is received and reviewed, an approved refund is issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider determines the posting time.

How does Buy 3 get 10% OFF work?

The automatic discount applies to eligible Hot Sale products when the cart contains at least 3 eligible item units. A pre-packed set counts according to its cart quantity: one 3-piece pack at quantity 1 counts as one item unit. The discount does not combine with other discounts.

The payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout. Any installment option depends on the payment provider and eligibility shown there.
